Institution of the Lord’s Supper

23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, [a]“Take, eat; this is My body which is [b]broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

           Hello beloved; who have been saved by grace (GOD’S gift to the world—His only begotten Son-YESHUA CHRIST JESUS) through faith (in the precious Blood, death, burial, and resurrection [on the third day, according to Scripture] of our Messiah-YESHUA CHRIST JESUS-by His Holy Spirit; for the forgiveness of our sin of self-righteousness.) Amen.

           Good morning beloved of YESHUA CHRIST JESUS. Beloved, I had an interesting encounter with a young man and his beautiful wife last evening. I had gone to the store later in the evening; upon exiting my vehicle, there was a young man and his wife walking toward the store. The young man was pushing an empty cart, he asked if I needed a cart, he asked me as we were walking to the store. I thought that was a bit odd as he and his wife was walking toward the store also, but I humbly accepted and thanked him.

           He and I conversed about the SUV I was driving and its fuel economy and its room inside. When we arrived at the store entrance, he stopped, looked at me and he said, brother, start stocking up on food and water. I said, ok. He said, listen to me, stock up on food and water and especially water. He advised me to get a large container and stock up on water.

           Then he in formed me that he was from Cuba. He informed me of some things that he experienced, some things that his father told him of some of the dictators of Cuba and he mentioned a few other countries. He then informed me the way dictators (he mentioned specific dictators by name) turn a county to communism was to pit one side against the other, using racism, then defeat both sides, independently, then take the entire country over with communism.

           He informed me that America is going by the book, exactly the way you overtake a country with Communism. He again, urged me to stock up on water and he told me that America is not far now from becoming a Communist country. He and his wife were adamant about stocking up now and they both said that there is no racism in America but it is how dictators take over a country, divide and conquer. I think this young man and his wife were in their early to mid-thirties, but he and his wife were adamant about what they were saying. It was a very interesting encounter.

           I pondered this conversation when I came home and the thought came to me, how this young man must be feeling. He escapes from Cuba to America, to escape dictator rule, just to see the country he has escaped to, is not far from being the very country he escaped from. I don’t know the experiences he knows but if the demoncrats have their way, I will: sooner than later.

           Let us partake of the sweet nectar our LORD-GOD has for us as He provides our daily living bread from heaven, His most Holy Word. Amen.

New King James Version

The Bride Praises the Bridegroom

The Beloved

I have come to my garden, my sister, my spouse;
I have gathered my myrrh with my spice;
I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey;
I have drunk my wine with my milk.

(To His Friends)

Eat, O friends!
Drink, yes, drink deeply,
O beloved ones!

The Shulamite’s Troubled Evening

The Shulamite

I sleep, but my heart is awake;
It is the voice of my beloved!
He knocks, saying,
“Open for me, my sister, [a]my love,
My dove, my perfect one;
For my head is covered with dew,
My [b]locks with the drops of the night.”

I have taken off my robe;
How can I put it on again?
I have washed my feet;
How can I [c]defile them?
My beloved put his hand
By the [d]latch of the door,
And my heart yearned for him.
I arose to open for my beloved,
And my hands dripped with myrrh,
My fingers with liquid myrrh,
On the handles of the lock.

I opened for my beloved,
But my beloved had turned away and was gone.
My [e]heart leaped up when he spoke.
I sought him, but I could not find him;
I called him, but he gave me no answer.
The watchmen who went about the city found me.
They struck me, they wounded me;
The keepers of the walls
Took my veil away from me.
I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem,
If you find my beloved,
That you tell him I am lovesick!

The Daughters of Jerusalem

What is your beloved
More than another beloved,
O fairest among women?
What is your beloved
More than another beloved,
That you so [f]charge us?

The Shulamite

10 My beloved is white and ruddy,
[g]Chief among ten thousand.
11 His head is like the finest gold;
His locks are wavy,
And black as a raven.
12 His eyes are like doves
By the rivers of waters,
Washed with milk,
And [h]fitly set.
13 His cheeks are like a bed of spices,
Banks of scented herbs.
His lips are lilies,
Dripping liquid myrrh.

14 His hands are rods of gold
Set with beryl.
His body is carved ivory
Inlaid with sapphires.
15 His legs are pillars of marble
Set on bases of fine gold.
His countenance is like Lebanon,
Excellent as the cedars.
16 His mouth is most sweet,
Yes, he is altogether lovely.
This is my beloved,
And this is my friend,
O daughters of Jerusalem!
